We were delighted to be invited as members of a social media experts panel at an eventorganised by Suffolk Internet Marketing Specialists (SIMS) at the University of Suffolk in Ipswich on the 28th of June of 2016.

Seventy small business owners and professionals from Suffolk asked Caron Peirson and Ángel Rubia from Arcape and four other experts questions about the use of social media for their businesses. It was a lively Q&A event and attendees asked very interesting questions ranging from how to increase engagement to what automation tools (if any) should they use.
In addition to answers to the questions of the audience, we provided some not-so-known practical tips, and talked about the three pillars of our social media marketing services for businesses: the marketing-centred approach, the delivery of social media results, and the respect for social media etiquette.
We hope our advice was useful. Certainly, we learnt a lot from both the other members of the panel and the audience.
Get in touch and we will be happy to discuss your company's social media marketing requirements.
