The Anglia Business Exhibition, now in its 20th year, was a superb opportunity for Arcape to visit many of the 250 exhibitors. This trade show is a great occasion for local businesses to showcase their services and products, and to network.

So many stands and so little time but we accepted the challenge at Trinity Park in Ipswich, as we do every year!

Fuelled by truly tempting Hadleigh Maid Chocolate Emoji chocolate, we caught up with existing business buddies and met new friends. It was fantastic to meet so many happy and enthusiastic businesses; we were greeted with wide smiles from many of the people. We even captured a few on camera!

VIP Balloons Balloon Emoji, as always, created a big visual impact on their Spanish themed stand, and it was great to speak with Ruth from The Paella and Tapas Company Paella Emoji about the delights of Spanish cooking, one of our favourite subjects.

It was terrific to finally meet Rachael from Ward Trade Marks Trademark Icon and chat about the PG Chimp trademark. No monkey business here!

From left to right, bottom row: Parker Communications, Hintlesham Hall Hotel, Hadleigh Maid, and Ruth (The Paella and Tapas Company).

Darrell, from Archway Carpets Red Carpet Icon, pioneer of the #fashionforyourfloor hashtag was as engaging as ever to speak to.

Daniel from Banbury Howard Megaphone Icon had almost as many bowler hats on his display as in The Thomas Crown Affair film. We think that he was trying to confuse us so that we did not complete our challenge!

We loved the Box-It East Storage Box Icon give-a-ways! Our little storage boxes are great for filing business cards that we collected.

From left to right, bottom row: Century Offices, Daniel (Banbury Howard), Victoria (Avanti Networking), and Lydia (Nigel French and Associates).

Our favourite backdrop banner had to be the University Suffolk Mortarboard Icon Campus aerial night time photo! Stunning!

It was difficult to keep the Measured Brilliance Website Icon team in one place and quiet for long enough to take a photo but we managed it! Phew!

True to their name, the ladies in Polkadotfrog Recruitment Icon team sported their polka dot scarfs!

An exciting new feature of this year’s business to business exhibition was the glamorous “Dressing for Business Fashion Show”. The Paris, Milan, New York, Madrid and London shows now have tough competition!

From left to right, bottom row: Sam, Max and Mel (Measured Brilliance), University of Suffolk, and Soo, Sabrina and Tom (Double S Design).

During our whistle stop tour, we encountered accountants to wedding venues with everything in between. Such a diverse range of industry sectors to exchange business knowledge and ideas.

The challenge was completed with minutes to spare! We look forward to attending next year’s event and perhaps we will see you then?
